Premium unlocks the advisory features (the Choice-List Review) for the period you pay for. Everything you need to try us out is already free — the College-Finder, all cutoff data, and your free daily Ask-AI questions. Please use the free tools first, and pay only when you are sure Premium is right for you.

What this means

• Once a payment is made, it will not be refunded — in full or in part.
• Not using the service during your paid period does not entitle you to a refund.
• Deleting your account ends your access immediately and forfeits any remaining paid period. No refund is issued.

Billing errors

Genuine billing errors are different — if you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged the wrong amount, contact us (or email contact@tneahelp.in) and we will correct it.
